Lead HR strategy and operations across US and select Canadian provinces: recruit and onboard employees, finalize handbook, run training and performance management, manage compensation and benefits, handle employee relations and legal compliance, and promote positive workplace culture to support business goals.
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes inclusive of the US. The HR Manager will guide and support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective people management.

- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Finishing employee handbook
- Oversee onboarding and employee orientation programs
- Set up training courses
- Support current and future business needs through employee development
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain compensation plans, benefits program and payoff of Profit Sharing
- Monitor performance management systems
- Promote a positive workplace culture
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the US.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
- Experience in both the United States and Canada
- Leadership or management experience
- Location: Remote from Los Angeles, New York, Nevada, British Columbia and Ontario
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Salary Range:$75K- $83K
