As one of our Senior HR Managers, you’ll develop and implement the strategy for our Global Business Services and Investment Operations business groups by providing leadership and expertise for the full scope of Human Resources functions. Working closely with the senior leadership teams in your business groups, you’ll deliver strategic solutions and expertise in all aspects of Organizational Design, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Performance Management, Total Rewards, and Talent Development. You will play a critical role in consulting and coaching internal clients on people management, and succession planning, including headcount forecasting and workforce planning, based on organizational goals and objectives.
You enjoy solving problems and proactively leverage data, information, and technology to inform talent decisions and strategy. You possess strong business acumen, which includes understanding the financial and fiscal drivers of an organization. To thrive in this role, you’ve operated as a senior leader in Human Resources, having worked in high-growth, global environments.

- Your background includes supporting global business functions in a senior-level HR role, preferably in the financial services/asset management industry.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $164,539-$279,716
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
