ROLE:
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources Department with day-to-day departmental needs. This internship will help you acquire skills and abilities and provide you with vast knowledge into our various projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Writing and posting job descriptions.
- Filtering resumes and performing phone screenings for entry level roles in order to drive recruiting efforts.
- Scheduling phone and in-person interviews, ensuring all necessary participants are involved.
- Checking employee references to ensure proper vetting.
- Assisting in the planning of company events and internal gatherings.
- Helping to organize HR files and resumes.
- All other responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Working towards your Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or relevant field
- Passion for the Beauty Industry, a plus
- Must have a positive, team player attitude
- Must communicate clearly and professionally, both verbal and written
- Must have the ability to problem solve and manage time successfully
- Must be highly organized and adaptable within a fast-paced environment
