We are working with a well-established, growing food manufacturing company based in Rancho Cucamonga. This role is highly visible and partners closely with leadership, supporting a large hourly workforce across areas like employee relations, compliance, performance management, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Support employee relations, performance management, and investigations
  • Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, and training
  • Maintain HRIS records and ensure compliance with employment laws
  • Assist in developing HR policies, procedures, and organizational initiatives
  • Support employee development and engagement programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience
  • 4–8 years of HR experience
  • SHERM certified is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
