Purpose and Objective
AMIRI is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations across corporate and retail. This role will play a critical part in supporting employee experience, compliance, talent operations, and organizational growth within a luxury fashion environment.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
  • Coordinate onboarding and ensure a seamless new hire experience.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
  • Partner with hiring managers to support recruitment efforts for corporate and/or retail roles.
  • Support payroll coordination and benefits/leave of absence administration.
  • Support performance review cycles and talent development initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance employee experience.
  • Support employee relations initiatives and assist with conflict resolution and investigations as needed.
  • Assist in updating HR policies and employee handbooks.
  • Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of HR experience, preferably within fashion, retail, or luxury industries.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience supporting retail populations is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
