Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable function, including invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, month-end close, vendor management, internal controls, and audit support. Manage an offshore AP team, monitor KPIs, resolve discrepancies, and partner cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Treasury, and Retail. Identify root causes, improve workflows, implement automation, strengthen controls, and drive scalable process improvements across high-volume AP operations.

Design and produce brand-aligned visual assets across digital, print, and retail; support campaigns, e-commerce, and photo shoots; prepare production files; maintain brand guidelines and visual consistency while staying current on design and cultural trends.

Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and analyses. Reconcile retail sales, cash, and card transactions; manage fixed assets, accruals, intercompany, and expense reports. Support retail accounting operations, compliance, audits, and cross-functional partnerships. Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen controls and efficiency.

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, prepare and verify trade documentation, liaise with carriers, freight forwarders and customs brokers, ensure customs compliance, maintain audit-ready records, reconcile freight and brokerage charges, and provide cross-functional communication and administrative support for logistics.

The Planner will analyze sales and inventory data, create reporting for DTC channels, manage inventory projections, and collaborate with teams to optimize financial performance and achieve revenue targets.

Serve as primary point of contact for wholesale customers: process orders, answer inquiries, resolve issues, support sample logistics, assist sales during seasonal markets, and improve partner service efficiency.
