Responsible for managing HR operations such as onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, and legal vendor coordination as the company scales.
Position Overview
You’ll build out Bobyard’s core HR operations as we scale, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, and HR systems.
Scale-up experience in HR or People Ops
Experience running payroll, benefits, and HR systems
Familiarity with U.S. employment law and compliance
Experience coordinating with legal and external vendors
Highly organized
