Solutions by Text is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Generalist with comprehensive knowledge of corporate HR practices and a strong background in managing the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be passionate about HR, highly organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional role.


Position Objectives
  • Administer employee benefits and support annual open enrollment
  • Conduct onboarding and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate performance review cycles and related documentation
  • Manage the learning management system and curate training content
  • Track and document compliance with required training programs
  • Support employee engagement through event planning and culture initiatives
  • Respond to HR inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
  • Maintain confidential employee records and ensure proper documentation
  • Stay current on HR trends, employment laws, and best practices
  • Foster positive relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Competencies and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience
  • PHR certification a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Strong integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and HR compliance
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Upholds company ethics and presents a professional image
  • Collaborative and adaptable team player

  • Create and maintain effective working relationships with other Company employees.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
