As Junior HR Generalist you will report to the Senior HR Director, Global Functions, and will play a key role in supporting the execution of global HR programs across several functions. You will be offered a strong foundation in HR business partnership and hands-on exposure to global coordination, talent initiatives, and HR operations.

Other key responsibilities will be:

HR Support & Business Alignment

  • Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives across functional groups.
  • Coordinate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence (COEs) on processes related to Total Rewards, Talent Management, and DEI.
  • Help gather, prepare, and distribute HR-related data, reports, and insights to assist decision-making.
  • Assist in meeting coordination, preparation of materials, and tracking follow-up actions for key HR and leadership sessions.

Talent Planning & Process Management

  • Support the preparation and tracking of annual talent planning, performance management, and career development processes.
  • Help consolidate information and maintain trackers for talent reviews, workforce changes, and organizational moves.
  • Assist with data gathering, validation, and presentation support for organizational design or workforce planning projects.

Employee Engagement & Culture Support

  • Help coordinate engagement initiatives such as surveys, recognition programs, and communications.
  • Support HR-led events, workshops, and activities to strengthen organizational culture.
  • Monitor feedback channels and assist in preparing summary insights or recommendations.

Learning, DEI & Hiring Support

  • Support logistics and communication for learning and development programs.
  • Assist with DEI data tracking and coordination of inclusion activities in collaboration with the DEI team.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to track key hiring efforts, support interview coordination, and prepare onboarding communications.

Project & Administrative Support

  • Support high-impact projects and HR initiatives, including data collection, communication planning, and status tracking.
  • Maintain organized digital files, process documentation, and SharePoint or HRIS system updates as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR Business Partner.

Skills required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources or a related support role; global or matrixed organization experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated interest in talent, organizational effectiveness, or HR operations.
  • Approaches work with a global, customer-focused mindset and a strong sense of service.
  • Supports change efforts with a flexible, can-do attitude and a willingness to step in wherever needed.
  • Action-oriented and reliable; takes initiative and follows through on tasks to support team and business goals.
  • Quick to learn and eager to grow; actively seeks to understand business context and provide meaningful support.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills; able to manage multiple tasks, track details, and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communicator clear, concise, and able to tailor messages for different audiences.
  • Highly collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams and functions.
  • Brings sound judgment and a practical approach to problem-solving and decision-making, with appropriate guidance.
  • Curious, self-motivated, and continuously looking to grow and solve challenges creatively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus.

The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and operates with a strong sense of urgency. They are proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn, bringing a growth mindset and a passion for making an impact through responsive and agile HR support.

Ideally, you would be located near the Fort Mill office, as the role is hybrid. However, for the right individual, we are open to considering a remote working arrangement.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $91,800.00 and $153,100.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
