About the Role

RSI Security is seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Human Resources function. This role is responsible for maintaining HR documentation, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, managing HR systems, and ensuring employee records remain accurate and organized.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a remote environment, can manage multiple tools and tasks, and operates effectively with minimal supervision. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and contributes ideas that improve processes. This role collaborates closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure HR operations run smoothly across a distributed workforce.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees and contractors
  • Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed and properly stored
  • Support offboarding processes, including documentation and internal system updates
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Organize HR files and maintain documentation across company systems
  • Monitor HR operational workflows and ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Assist with HR documentation related to promotions, role updates, and compensation changes
  • Support payroll coordination by ensuring HR information is accurate and up to date
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR administrative support
  • Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and operational efficiency

  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) – documentation and file management

  • TestGorilla – candidate assessments and hiring evaluations
What You’ll Bring
  • 1+ years of experience in HR coordination, HR administration, or HR operations support
  • Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with multiple digital tools and systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured work environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong sense of initiative and willingness to identify tasks that need attention
  • Comfort sharing ideas and suggestions to improve processes
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams preferred
