POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Assistant supports the Talent Acquisition / Operations Manager across the full range of Frontline Health Staffing's human resources, administrative, and marketing functions. This is a hands-on, versatile role that handles new-hire onboarding, offer letters, employee communication, and HR and clerical support, while also managing the company's social media presence, marketing efforts, and community event participation. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-moving healthcare staffing environment.
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, administrative support, recruiting, or a similar role preferred.
- Experience with social media management and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) preferred.
- Working knowledge of HRIS/payroll platforms (Paycom experience a plus) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Healthcare or staffing industry experience is a plus.
