The posted range is the hiring range for this role — a subset of the broader range available to employees over time — and reflects base salary across our national hiring scale. The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications. The HEDIS Technical Analyst will be responsible for supporting HEDIS related activities including measure validation, and reporting activities. The role requires a strong understanding of NCQA HEDIS specifications, healthcare data models, and hands-on technical expertise in Python, SQL, and data analytics. The analyst will work closely with business and clinical stakeholders to design, develop, validate, and maintain HEDIS measurement solutions across multiple measures.

Responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of NCQA HEDIS measures
  • Understanding of hybrid, digital, administrative, and ECDS measures
  • Knowledge of healthcare data sources including claims, enrollment, pharmacy, and EMR data
  • Experience supporting HEDIS certification or measure validation
Qualifications
  • 3-7 years of Healthcare Analytics experience
  • 2+ years of HEDIS measure research/validation experience/data pipelines
  • Experience in HEDIS certification projects preferred
  • Experience working with US healthcare clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, Healthcare Informatics, or related field
