About DualEntry

DualEntry is building the OS for finance.

Every business needs a financial system of record, yet the world's largest fintech market ($220B+) still runs on software from the 1990s, with no new entrants in 30 years. DualEntry's AI-native ERP automates accounting from data entry to close, so finance teams move faster, spend less and incur less risk.

In just 2 years we've raised $100M+ from Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures, Contrary and Google Ventures and earned the trust of customers from $5M ARR to publicly traded companies.

We hire outliers. We're looking for people with a track record of accomplishing difficult things, whether through their careers or achievements outside of work. You'll find leaders, colleagues who've competed at the highest levels of sport, performed on Broadway, trained with UFC champions and founded the country’s largest Python community - because that's what it takes to reinvent a $220B industry.

📍 Location: New York City HQ, 7 World Trade Center

Where you'll create impact
  • Define and lead DualEntry’s partnerships strategy and execution, identifying and building relationships across key strategic categories such as system integrators, accounting firms, consultants, SaaS providers and more

  • Build and lead the Partnerships function, combining hands-on execution with strong team management

  • Expand and activate our partner ecosystem by driving executive relationships, hosting industry events, hosting webinars and roundtables, and driving maximum in-person engagement

  • Build scalable, repeatable processes using automation and AI to source, qualify, onboard, and activate partners

  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, including referral programs, co-marketing campaigns, and co-selling motions

  • Own partnership performance metrics, build dashboards, run experiments, and optimize the partner funnel from sourced relationship to revenue

What sets you up for success
  • Hardcore work ethic and high agency

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B partnerships or GTM strategy, ideally in SaaS or B2B tech, with at least 2+ years operating at a senior or leadership level

  • Proven track record of building partnership programs from 0 → 1 and consistently generating qualified pipeline and SQLs

  • Hands-on experience with modern partnership and GTM tools such as Partner.io, Unify, Clay, Crossbeam, Outreach, Apollo, and CRM platforms

  • Strong experience executing co-marketing initiatives, partner enablement programs, and incentive structures

  • Background in demand generation, ABM, or revenue marketing is a strong plus

  • Ability to travel within the US to partners & events 1-2 times per month

Why you’ll thrive here
  • Significant equity ownership in one of the top AI companies in the world

  • You’re joining early and will grow with DualEntry

  • Your feedback shapes the product directly

  • High-speed, high-trust environment with high expectations

Meet the Partnerships Team
  • Caelahn joined DualEntry to build the partnerships function from zero; inherited 323 partner conversations, defined our 4-channel taxonomy, and stood up the attribution and program infrastructure to activate and scale across all four channels in his first 8 weeks. He's now launching Technology, Advisory, Resellers, and Private Equity in parallel.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Equity: $60,000 - $100,000

  • Base Salary: $175,000 - $300,000

  • Commission: $50,000 - $100,000 (uncapped)

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
