Pirros is revolutionizing the way architects and engineers work. This is a $400B+ industry that’s been underserved by technology for too long, and we are here to change that! We're backed by top-tier investors and angels (YC, Funders Club, PlanGrid), profitable and growing revenue at 10% month over month - and we’re just getting started.

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to serve as a strategic partner to our founders and drive operational excellence within our company. This role requires a strong leader with a forward-thinking mindset and a focus on implementing a comprehensive, data-driven sales roadmap that drives customer acquisition, and long-term growth. Additionally, you will oversee sales tools, technology-powered solutions, and commission structures to drive efficiency, transparency, and motivation across the sales team.

Headquartered in Los Angeles and trusted by 100's companies across the U.S, we have an amazing culture, strong financials, and best-in-class company metrics. It’s an exciting time to be part of an extraordinary startup that is already successful, yet still early enough to offer significant growth, equity, and the opportunity to make a real impact.

What You'll Own:

  •  Act as a trusted advisor to our founders, helping to set and track sales strategy, execution, and performance

  • Implement data-driven decision-making to proactively identify risks, forecast trends, and assess business impact

  • Drive sales accountability by establishing and enforcing key performance indicators (KPIs), OKRs, and standardized reporting

  • Ensure sales strategies are aligned to revenue goals, owning full performance and all associated metrics

  • Lead the overall sales strategy for the company sales, coverage models, market segment strategy, competitive differentiation, pricing, and customer offerings

  • Partner cross-functionally with internal partners to create a high-performing model where you will drive revenue growth, optimize the customer experience, and build offerings that resonate and scale with our customers

  • Develop and track sales forecasts, goals and corresponding initiatives based upon overall strategy, market conditions and operational capabilities

  • Cultivate a culture of accountability and attainment, ensuring every team member is aligned with and actively contributing to the company's revenue goals

  • Build and scale the sales team. Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team

Who You Are:

  • Experienced sales leader within tech or SaaS, preferably at early-stage and high-growth B2B with a proven track record of scaling teams and driving measurable results

  • Dynamic leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is passionate about making a real impact

  • Strategic and creative thinker, adept at balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution

  • Great people manager who is energized by building programs to develop and grow our people while focusing on maximizing performance and engagement simultaneously

  • Extensive experience with partnering cross-functionally to drive cohesion and success against sales initiatives

  • Experience building multidimensional sales teams and establishing goals that align teams

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environment

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
