Join an AI-native vertical SaaS company modernizing the waste and recycling industry. The platform replaces legacy point solutions across CRM, billing, dispatch, routing, scale-house workflows, driver applications, and customer portals. Since launching in 2023, it has expanded to hundreds of operators across more than 40 states in a market worth more than $100 billion. The company has raised $11 million, recently completed its Series A, and is growing approximately threefold year over year. As Head of Sales, you will report directly to the CEO, personally run demos and close new-logo revenue, build the sales process and forecasting discipline from zero, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and partner across Marketing and customer-facing teams. This is a player-coach role with a path toward broader VP or CRO-level ownership.

Proven ability to build sales process, pipeline management, and forecasting from scratch. Proficiency with CRM, sequencing, enrichment, automation, and forecasting tools. Waste, recycling, field service, fleet, construction technology, logistics, or other vertical SaaS experience is helpful. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and willing to travel up to 50 percent.
