The Revenue Product team drives innovation and performance across our advertising platform, empowering businesses to achieve success and measurable growth through advertising on Snap. Our team combines Ads Product Management, Product Marketing, Marketing Science and Measurement, and Solutions Engineering to build solutions that deliver impactful results for advertisers. We ensure Snap's ad products are effective, efficient, and customer-centric, enabling businesses to connect meaningfully with our global community.

We're looking for a tenured product leader to drive our Signals, Measurement, and Incrementality efforts at Snap!

What you’ll do:

  • Own the Strategy and Roadmap for Signals, Identity, Measurement, and Incrementality to help drive data driven decision making for our advertisers.

  • Build bespoke products for our suite of advertisers through critical thinking, customer empathy, emerging trends, and market analysis.

  • Drive full-cycle product development with a team of cross-functional partners across  Data Science, Marketing Science, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales

  • Be highly analytical and use data to make decisions

  • Be an excellent written and verbal communicator

  • Be an execution focused leader 

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: 

  • Deep understanding of technical and privacy implications of complex ad tech integrations

  • Deep understanding of ads measurement methodologies and associated technologies (e.g. lift testing, ghost ads, MMM, MTA, MMP, DCR, Clean room etc.)

  • Deep understanding of statistics and probabilistic modeling

  • Knowledge of the global ads measurement ecosystem as well as incrementality

  • Proven experience of building relevant products in the space

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, data scientists, and other cross-functional teams

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques and data visualization platforms, such as SQL, Tableau, Data Studio, Looker

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant years of experience

  • 10+ years of product management experience at a technology company

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (MS+) in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, or finance

  • 10+ years of PM leadership or equivalent experience in the ads space

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $251,000-$377,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $238,000-$358,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $213,000-$320,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
