Public Relations Senior Manager, North America

Role Overview:
As a Senior Manager of Public Relations at Plaud, you'll elevate our brand identity in the professional consumer and business space while maintaining the product-first ethos. You'll partner with our Head of Marketing to develop and execute campaigns that build credibility, awareness, and affinity among target audiences through compelling storytelling, creative content, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement brand strategies that establish Plaud as a trusted AI for work brand in the future of work and productivity fields

• Create and oversee the production of high-quality branded content across channels: public relations/media, social media, blog, podcasts, website, and events

• Build and manage relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and thought leaders

• Drive public relations initiatives that generate earned media and paid media coverage in tier-1 publications to foster brand advocacy

• Develop and implement social media strategies that amplify our brand voice and values

• Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual consistency and impact across all brand touch points

• Measure and report on brand awareness, sentiment, and engagement metrics

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of brand or PR experience, with at least 3 years in AI/tech fields

• Proven experience developing and executing brand strategies that drive measurable results

• Experience managing PR campaigns and media relationships

• Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio of published content

• Creative thinking with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives
