We’re looking for a Head of Marketing Program Management to build and scale our Marketing Operations function. This role will bring alignment, prioritization, and process excellence to the heart of our Marketing team.
You’ll be both a builder and a leader: rolling up your sleeves to design new processes, while leading a team that manages creative operations and campaign execution. You’ll partner closely with Marketing leadership, GTM leaders, and Product Ops to ensure resources are focused on the highest-impact initiatives and campaigns deliver consistent, scalable results.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that will shape how Marketing operates as Typeform continues to grow.
Strategic
- Build and own Marketing planning, prioritization, and production frameworks.
- Drive efficient use of Marketing resources through data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with leadership to develop and manage a holistic Marketing calendar.
Tactical
- Lead and Develop a Team: Manage and mentor a small team, while staying hands-on in building foundational processes and driving execution.
- Marketing Intake & Prioritization: Create a quarterly intake model that balances planned initiatives with emergent requests, ensuring transparency across teams.
- Creative Production & Reviews: Lead creative operations, optimizing internal and agency resourcing while establishing consistent review and approval processes.
- Campaign Planning: Oversee campaign management to connect the dots across channels, ensuring product launches and big initiatives are amplified effectively.
- Project Management: Introduce scalable processes and systems (e.g., Asana) to standardize how Marketing projects are briefed, planned, and executed.
- A collaborative, cross-functional leadership style.
- A self-starter mindset—you thrive in building from the ground up.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate complexity into clear, executive-ready insights.
- A track record of modeling accountability and holding teams to high standards.
- Creative Operations & Production expertise across multiple channels and asset types.
- Project Management mastery: proven ability to design and scale intake, prioritization, and briefing frameworks.
- Experience scaling Marketing Operations in a fast-growing SaaS or GTM environment.
We also want to ensure equitable pay across the team and alignment with market data — but let us handle those details. We’re committed to clarity and honesty, so feel free to ask us anything along the way.
