Our Marketing organization is looking for an experienced data leader, with the blend of analytical experience and strategic vision, for our Head of Marketing Analytics role.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a team that sits at the heart of our go-to-market strategy, in a high scale marketing department. Our Head of Marketing Analytics will lead our marketing measurement strategy and be instrumental in defining our funnel measurement and business health, while creating a mutual language between all GTM functions, across different product suites, driving business decisions and communicating business insights to C-levels.
The ideal candidate has expertise in data analysis, building scalable reporting systems, team building and mentoring, business communication and data integrity.
About The Role
- Create cutting-edge marketing measurement strategy for marketing activities for a yearly budget of multi million dollars, touching millions of customers and users across the globe, in different strategies, ranging from high-scale performance marketing, ABM and lead generation, customer marketing, Brand campaigns and much more.
- Lead the creation of north star KPIs for core business funnels, connecting marketing top of funnel activities to business results.
- Collaborate with other data and operations teams across different departments to create a mutual language for core metrics and business funnels.
- Reporting systems: build compelling dashboards and reports to create robust sources of truth and translate data into meaningful representations that serve as vital decision-making tools for go-to-market leaders in the organization.
- Take an active part in influencing monday.com’s strategy and collaborate to identify and build new strategic initiatives with different leaders in the organization.
- Innovation and excellence: constantly improve our measurement, predictions and analysis, by leveraging new models and technologies.
- Team development and talent management: professionally lead analytics teams, provide mentorship and leadership. Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new analytics team members.
- Community Contribution: become a leading contributor to the growing data community at monday.com. Foster best practices and champion high-quality data work across the organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years in analytics in SaaS/ gaming/B2C companies, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Technical skills: excellent SQL skills and proficiency in Tableau / Looker or similar BI systems. Experience in creating data pipelines, complexed models and measurement frameworks.
- Communication: great communication skills with a penchant for data visualization and storytelling.
- Relationship building: strong relationship-building skills and the ability to structure frameworks and initiate action plans.
- Data governance: experience with data governance and data quality management.
- Experience in advanced marketing analytics - strong advantage.
