Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial and performance-driven Head of Influencer & Creator Partnerships to lead and scale our influencer, affiliate and creator ecosystem across our brands

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving measurable growth through creators, affiliates, ambassadors, health experts and strategic partners across multiple channels and communities.

The ideal candidate is equal parts relationship builder, growth marketer and operator. They have successfully built and scaled multi-million-dollar creator and affiliate programs, understand how to turn creators into long-term brand advocates, and are highly analytical about performance, ROI and customer acquisition.

This role will oversee the full creator and influencer strategy across both brands, including:

  • Influencer and affiliate recruitment

  • Creator relationship management

  • Strategic partnerships and ambassador programs

  • Performance marketing and creator economics

  • Product seeding, launches and campaigns

  • Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and lead the overall influencer, affiliate and creator partnership strategy for our brands

  • Develop and execute a 1-year and 3-year growth plan for creator partnerships aligned to company revenue goals

  • Build, lead and mentor the influencer and affiliate team, agency partners and external contractors

  • Partner closely with Brand, Ecommerce, Amazon, PR, Retail and Growth teams to integrate creators into all major campaigns and launches

  • Recruit, negotiate and manage relationships with high-performing creators, affiliates, ambassadors, health experts and strategic partners

  • Expand partnerships across health and wellness, family, parenting, fitness, kitchen, coffee, environmental health and technology creators

  • Build a tiered creator strategy across macro, mid-tier, micro and emerging creators

  • Create long-term ambassador programs and recurring creator campaigns

  • Own influencer and affiliate revenue goals across both brands

  • Structure and negotiate performance-based creator partnerships, including CPA, commission, ambassador and hybrid agreements

  • Optimize creator economics, CAC, ROAS, margin and lifetime value

  • Drive growth across DTC, Amazon, retail support and subscription channels

  • Lead all influencer and creator campaigns from strategy through execution

  • Build scalable systems and repeatable processes for the creator program

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, strategic partnerships or growth marketing

  • 5+ years leading and managing high-performing influencer teams

  • Proven track record of building and scaling a multi-million-dollar influencer and affiliate program

  • Strong understanding of affiliate economics, attribution, CAC, ROAS and customer lifetime value

  • Excellent communication, leadership and relationship-building skills

  • Experience in wellness, consumer products, health, beauty, home, lifestyle or mission-driven brands preferred
