Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for high-impact merchant partners, enable HSA/FSA payment acceptance, drive revenue through co-marketing and data-driven campaigns, provide white-glove merchant support, optimize performance with analytics, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale partner success.

Deliver analyses, dashboards, and datasets that inform GTM and Operations. Build and maintain BI dashboards, perform ad hoc analyses, enable self-serve analytics, and collaborate with data/engineering using modern data stack tools.

Lead and scale influencer, affiliate, and creator partnerships across brands. Develop multi-year growth plans, recruit and manage creators and ambassadors, optimize creator economics (CAC, ROAS, LTV), run performance-driven campaigns across DTC, Amazon, retail and subscriptions, and build scalable systems and a high-performing team.

Own and operate the affiliate program end-to-end: platform operations across multiple affiliate networks, commission and payment structures, deliverable fulfillment, reporting, and presenting program ROI to merchants. Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to manage enrollment, payouts, inventory, and churn while building systems and playbooks to scale program growth.

Lead end-to-end growth for a DTC genomics subscription business: own acquisition, lifecycle, retention, product marketing, and brand. Build paid acquisition channels, run A/B tests and experiments, improve unit economics (CAC, LTV, contribution margin), and scale a cross-functional marketing team and growth infrastructure.
