Your Role.


As the Head of Growth, you are a core member of the Senior Leadership team. You will oversee the Fantasy growth and marketing team with shared accountability and management of total agency P&L. 
 
You will be hyper-focused on net new growth, including but not limited to proactive outbound; existing client and organic growth strategies; and strategic marketing strategies and PR. 
 
The Head of Growth has a strong rolodex and experience in building a solid foundation with C-Suite executives across industries. Your sensibility for digital products, innovation and marketing is best-in-class. You have strategically built new programs with clients and understand what it takes to be a hunter, creating new opportunities rather than just fulfilling them. 
 
More than anything, you get excited by the future and see opportunity before it presents itself.
 

Key Responsibilities.

  • Drive commercial profitability across Fantasy to ensure success across portfolios through new client strategies and forecasting. 

  • Shared responsibility of agency P&L with C-Suite with $11.5m direct growth accountability.

  • Identify and secure net new business opportunities, with a clear strategy around category growth increasing overall pipeline of qualified prospects YoY.

  • Drive new internal new business programs, ensuring both awareness and effectiveness.

  • Re-engage historical Fantasy clients as well as direct responsibility for passive new business, including [email protected].

  • Foster new and existing press and industry relationships, as well as innovative marketing strategies in support of the marketing team.

  • Ensure multi-year client renewals.

  • Collaborate with Fantasy C-Suite on new product and service opportunities as part of broader growth strategy.

 Experience and Skills.

  • Proven track record of managing and contributing to a minimum of $30m in revenue.

  • Clearly understand the importance of fostering effective teamwork with senior agency leaders.

  • Seamlessly able to defuse escalations and can commercially operate multiple teams with reliable precision.

  • Experts in driving results and positive change.

  • Understand and able to articulate market performance and trends.

  • Proven case studies and a clear point of view for client business strategy and transformation.

  • Prior leadership experience in managing both growth and marketing teams and initiatives.
