About The Mobile-First Company

Most tools for small businesses weren’t built for real operators.
They were built for employees in offices, not people running a business from their phone.

We’re changing that.

We build mobile-first business software that feels like a consumer app, runs on AI, and spreads like a creator brand.

Our first product, Allô, gives you a second number on your phone, answers missed calls with AI, transcribes everything, and syncs it to your CRM.

Over 20,000 businesses use it every day.
Next up: expenses, invoicing, and more.

We’ve raised +15 million dolars from Base10, Lightspeed, EMBLEM, and 30+ top operators.
Our team is based in Paris, Buenos Aires, Miami.

We are hiring a Head of Growth to design, own, and scale the growth motion, with a strong focus on the US market. This role is critical to building a repeatable engine across acquisition, activation, and monetization.

The Head of Growth will own the entire customer journey, from first touch to activation and retention. While SEA is the company’s strongest acquisition channel today, the expectation is not optimization only but full ownership of growth strategy and execution.

This role requires a highly technical profile capable of working closely with engineers and designers to build, iterate, and ship growth experiments, including onboarding improvements and POCs. The company plans to eventually hire a GTM Engineer to work closely with this role. SEA execution is currently externalized.

In particular, their scope will be fivefold:

  1. Product Led Growth Strategy

  • Own the end to end PLG motion, from first touch to activation and retention

  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to design and iterate on onboarding and activation flows

  • Contribute directly to defining US product market fit

  1. Acquisition and Performance Marketing

  • Own paid acquisition strategy, with SEA as a core growth lever

  • Scale spend confidently based on ROI and business impact

  • Launch and optimize retargeting strategies across channels

  • Work with external partners where execution is outsourced today

  1. Website and Onboarding Optimization

  • Improve landing pages, conversion paths, and activation funnels

  • Lead experimentation across website and onboarding experiences

  • Work hands on with designers and engineers to ship improvements quickly

  1. Experimentation and Analytics

  • Define growth KPIs and success metrics without overengineering analytics

  • Build a fast test and learn culture with clear ROI expectations

  • Evaluate and prioritize growth initiatives based on impact and effort

  1. Cross Functional Leadership

  • Build strong relationships with Product, Engineering, Revenue, SEO, Brand, and Content

  • Act as a growth leader who sets direction and executes alongside the team

  • Prepare the ground for future hires, including a GTM Engineer

Qualifications

The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of Product, SEA, and PLG experience. They are technical, deeply data driven, and highly interested in AI driven workflows, particularly in onboarding and activation.

This person has owned a product-led growth motion end to end, with significant experience in paid acquisition as a core lever. They come from consumer or prosumer SaaS companies with similar ACVs, such as Grammarly, Figma, or Notion, rather than Enterprise environments.

They are product centric, comfortable building or scoping POCs, and able to work hands on with engineers to fix, ship, or improve product experiences. They have been involved in building growth before true product market fit and have contributed directly to defining it.

The culture is fast moving and sometimes chaotic, with international profiles being a strong fit. Speaking Spanish is a strong plus but not a requirement.

Long tenure in previous roles is preferred, and the company is intentionally avoiding overly corporate profiles that look strong on paper but lack execution mindset.

In a nutshell:

  • Function: 6+ years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing, or Performance Marketing in a PLG environment

  • Industry: Experience in consumer or prosumer SaaS with similar ACVs, not enterprise focused

  • Company stage: Exposure to companies before or during product market fit, with direct contribution to defining it

  • Expertise: Strong background in paid acquisition, especially search

  • Product centric mindset with the ability to own the full customer journey.

  • Technical: Comfortable working hands on with engineers and designers to build, fix, or prototype solutions

  • Highly data driven, with a strong intuition for ROI and growth forecasting

  • Long tenure in previous roles, showing commitment and ownership

  • Comfortable in fast moving, sometimes chaotic environments

Bonus Points
  • Strong interest in AI driven workflows and experimentation

  • Experience with onboarding optimization and activation focused growth

  • Experience building or collaborating on technical POCs

  • Public presence through podcasts, content, or community engagement

  • Speaking Spanish

Additional details

  • Location: Miami preferred, other US cities an option

  • Visa sponsorship available, including O1

  • Start Date: Strategic hire with a start by June 2026

  • Compensation will be flexible based on the candidate's experience and will include equity

Languages: English (Spanish and/or French a plus)

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
