We are looking for a skilled Head of Advisor Sales, U.S. to support our Advisor team who will be based in Miami, FL.

Lead and oversee a team of more than 200 sales advisors. Drive revenue growth, develop sales strategies, and ensure operational excellence across all distributed sales teams. Expand the sales organization, optimizing performance, and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with our fintech solutions. Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the fintech sector.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree (or foreign equiv.) in Sales, International Studies or International Business.
  • Domestic travel approx. 1-2 trips per month for a few days at a time to the following U.S. cities: Long Island, NY, Denver, CO, Houston, TX, Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL and frequent travel to Central Florida – Tampa & Orlando.
  • 18 mos. experience in sales leadership roles in fintech, financial services, or technology sectors.
  • 18 mos. of experience leading marketing initiatives and sales for a fintech, financial services, or technology company.
  • 18 mos. managing large geographically dispersed sales teams.
  • 18 mos. leading sales operations across multiple regions or states.
