- To support that the Quality system is monitored on an ongoing basis and any recommendations for improvement are made within the prescribed timelines.
- Support in Monthly hygiene audits are completed and status reports are completed by the 20th of each month.
- Support in ensuring the Status report are submitted to Goddard Catering Group monthly and airlines as required
- Through reading or attending seminars, keep abreast of current trends in the Quality field and ensure that information obtained is disseminated to appropriate persons and any required retraining is conducted on an ongoing basis.
- Create and amend all SOP corresponding CGC Curacao base on Opex recommendation.
