Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) Program Manager to join our Customer Strategy Office. This role is pivotal in driving cross-functional alignment and ensuring seamless execution of GTM initiatives that strengthen customer engagement, accelerate adoption, and maximize business impact. You’ll lead program planning, governance, and execution while aligning key stakeholders across departments such as Rev Ops, Product, Marketing, and Operations to design, implement, and scale strategic programs that enhance customer value and support revenue growth. This individual will excel at translating strategy into execution, managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring programs are delivered with clarity, speed, and measurable impact.

Responsibilities
  • Program Leadership: Own end-to-end management of GTM programs from planning through execution, ensuring end to end GTM execution plan is aligned with customer strategy and business objectives.
  • Cross-functional Alignment: Act as the connective tissue across all business stakeholders e.g. Sales, Marketing, Product ensuring consistent messaging, positioning, and execution in market.
  • Customer-Centric Design: Partner with customer-facing teams to ensure GTM programs address customer needs, improve experience, and drive adoption.
  • Operational Excellence: Build program management frameworks, dashboards, and processes to improve visibility, accountability, and execution speed across GTM initiatives.
  • Insights & Reporting: Track program performance through key metrics and share learnings to continuously refine GTM strategies.
  • Change Management: Support organizational readiness for new initiatives, ensuring smooth rollout and adoption across internal teams and customers.
  • Executive Communication: Prepare and deliver updates for senior leadership, highlighting program outcomes, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in program management within GTM strategy teams
  • Experience operating in a SaaS company or environment, with a strong understanding of recurring revenue models and cloud-based go-to-market motions
  • Strong experience with Salesforce, with the ability to design, manage, and optimize workflows, dashboards, and reporting to support GTM program execution
  • Proven experience owning and driving end-to-end pre-sales programs from strategy through execution
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional programs and influencing without direct authority
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving, prioritization, and analytical skills
  • Experience working with customer insights and data to inform program design and measure success
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field
  • PMP, PgMP, or other project/program management certifications are highly desirable but not required
