Dandy is transforming the massive and antiquated dental industry—an industry worth over $400B. Backed by some of the world’s leading venture capital firms, we’re on an ambitious mission to simplify and modernize every function of the dental practice through technology. As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients.

Summary:

We have built a talented, hungry go-to-market (GTM) team consisting of Account Executives (AEs), Business/Sales Development Representatives (xDRs), and Customer Experience (CX) professionals.

Now, we need the ultimate architect to connect the dots.

As our Founding GTM Operations Manager, you will build and own the entire operational footprint of our revenue engine from 0 to 1. You won't just own the CRM; your primary objective will be to architect the first-ever framework for our team's sales execution, customer retention, and long-term scalability. You will partner directly with the CEO and GTM leadership to architect our CRM, reporting infrastructure, forecasting processes, lead routing, pipeline management, customer lifecycle, and operational workflows from the ground up.

This is not a maintenance role. We need someone who loves building systems where none exist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Architecture: Design, optimize, and document the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from initial xDR outreach and AE pipeline management to the CX handoff and renewal process.

  • Tech Stack Ownership: Own the administration, integration, and adoption of our GTM tech stack (CRM, data enrichment, sequencing tools, etc.). Ensure data integrity across all platforms.

  • Data & Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards that track KPIs, pipeline health, conversion rates, and churn. Deliver actionable insights to leadership to drive strategic decision-making.

  • Enablement & Onboarding: Partner with team leads to design friction-free onboarding playbooks for new xDRs, AEs, and CX managers, ensuring fast time-to-productivity.

  • Forecasting & Planning: Assist leadership with revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, territory planning, and the optimization of compensation/incentive structures.

  • Friction Reduction: Actively identify bottlenecks in the daily workflows of our reps and deploy automation or process improvements to give them time back to sell and support customers.

What We Are Looking For
  • Ops Experience: 5+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, ideally within a fast-growing B2B startup or SaaS environment.

  • Tech Stack Mastery: Advanced administrative experience with major CRMs (HubSpot or Salesforce) and sales tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, Zendesk).

  • Data-Fluent: You don't just export spreadsheets; you translate raw data into compelling stories and strategic recommendations. Excel/Google Sheets mastery is a must.

  • Cross-Functional Diplomat: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, bridging the gaps between top-of-funnel (xDR), closing (AE), and post-sale (CX).

  • The "Builder" Mindset: You thrive in ambiguity. You see a broken or missing process not as a limiter, but an opportunity to demonstrate your craft. You are energized by creating order from chaos and scaling systems ahead of growth.

Example projects in your three months

  • Design our CRM architecture and pipeline stages

  • Build executive dashboards used in weekly leadership reviews

  • Implement forecasting processes for quarterly planning

  • Improve lead routing and handoff between xDRs, AEs, and CX

  • Automate manual reporting workflows

  • Create a single source of truth for revenue metrics

  • Design onboarding systems for new GTM hires

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
