Role Overview:

We're looking for a detail-oriented, execution-driven GTM Coordinator who enjoys turning strategy into action. You'll help orchestrate the campaigns, launches, content, events, and systems that power myKaarma's go-to-market engine while building scalable processes that allow our marketing team to grow faster and work smarter.

You’ll report to myKaarma’s VP of Marketing and work with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, aligned across stakeholders, and executed with excellence.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on execution, enjoys improving processes, and is excited to leverage AI and modern marketing technology to make teams more effective. Success requires strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving, technical curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset.

How You'll Help Us Grow:

This isn't a behind-the-scenes marketing operations or administrative role – it's one that directly contributes to myKaarma's growth. Every campaign, launch, event, and workflow you support helps us attract new customers, expand existing relationships, and scale our marketing engine.

Success in This Role Looks Like:

Within your first year, you've become a trusted partner across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success because campaigns launch on time, projects stay organized, and execution is dependable. More importantly, your work contributes to measurable business outcomes. Marketing programs help bring new dealerships onto the myKaarma platform, customer campaigns drive greater adoption of strategic products like Payments, events create meaningful engagement with customers and prospects, and marketing automation enables the team to scale its impact without scaling complexity.

Specifically, you'll help us:

  • Bring new dealership rooftops onto the myKaarma platform by supporting OEM program launches and sales enablement efforts that drive customer acquisition.
  • Increase brand awareness and discoverability through compelling content that fuels top-of-funnel marketing across web, email, social, SEO, and paid.
  • Drive adoption of our Payments offering across existing customers and broadscale awareness of the offering in targeted omni-channel campaigns.
  • Strengthen customer relationships and retention through flawless execution of myKaarma-hosted events and industry trade shows that deepen engagement and create expansion opportunities.
  • Continuously improve how marketing operates by helping build repeatable systems, better documentation, and smarter workflows that enable the team to execute more efficiently as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and execution of go-to-market initiatives, including campaigns, product/feature rollouts, lifecycle marketing programs, and events
  • Manage project timelines, track deliverables, and help drive cross-functional alignment across marketing and revenue teams
  • Assist in coordinating and executing campaigns across channels (email, web, content, and sales enablement)
  • Support event planning and execution, including logistics, vendor coordination, promotional assets, and pre- and post-event outreach
  • Build, QA, and manage campaign assets within marketing systems (e.g., email platforms, CRM, CMS)
  • Leverage AI tools to support content development, campaign execution, data analysis, and workflow efficiencies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and improve speed and effectiveness of GTM execution
  • Maintain internal documentation including campaign calendars, GTM plans, and process workflows
  • Manage branded merchandise for employees (new hire welcome kits, uniforms)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, project management, or business operations (internships included)
  • Familiarity with marketing channels and go-to-market tactics
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance the quality and speed of marketing execution.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Nice to Have Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience working in B2B Saas and/or a start-up environment
  • Experience creating customer-facing materials and content (bonus: familiarity with design tools like Canva or Figma)
  • Experience supporting virtual or in-person events
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, segmentation, and campaign reporting

We value diverse experiences and backgrounds, so we encourage you to apply if you meet some but not all of the listed qualifications.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
