Ideal candidates bring expertise from the traditional agency model, paired with the agility and intellectual curiosity to reinvent processes in an AI-native studio. You’ll support the full lifecycle of advertising and brand-led opportunities - managing briefs, shaping proposals, coordinating delivery, and building strong client relationships.

  • Support leadership in outbound business development with agencies, brands, and creative partners to grow Wonder’s presence across the US  market.
  • Play a key role in building and defining Wonder’s advertising GTM playbook, tools, and supporting materials.
Client Management & Delivery
  • Serve as a day-to-day contact for both brand and agency clients, ensuring clear communication and strong delivery across each project.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with partners, supporting them from initial brief through to final delivery.
  • Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident in Wonder throughout each stage of production.
Proposal & RFP Development
  • Own the assembly of proposals, pitch decks, timelines, and creative/production assets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure proposals are clear, compelling, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Lead the coordination of RFPs - manage timelines, materials, and cross-team alignment to ensure high-quality, on-time submissions.
Operations & Pipeline
  • Maintain CRM and pipeline tracking - ensuring all advertising and brand-led opportunities move smoothly through the funnel.
  • Support internal alignment across Creative, Production, and GTM for all advertising and brand-led work.
  • Help develop scalable systems, templates, and workflows for GTM operations.
Represent Wonder in the US Market
  • Attend industry events, agency visits, and creative gatherings to elevate Wonder’s profile within the ecosystem.
Who You Are
  • 3-5 years’ experience in advertising, client management, partnerships, production, or account management within a creative agency, production company, or media-tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of how brand campaigns, agency workflows, and creative production operate.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship skills - you thrive in client-facing role.
  • Operationally strong with a bias for action - you keep projects moving and partners informed.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
