Job Summary

Church & Dwight is seeking a Brand Manager, Campaign GTM  to join our team. As Brand Manager, Go-to-Market, you'll architect and ignite the strategies that bring the Hero brand to life by building launches that are unapologetically bold, authentically Hero, and deeply resonant with the communities we serve.

About the Role

The Brand Manager, Campaign GTM, will own the strategic vision, craft the narratives, and rally cross-functional teams to transform ambitious ideas into brand-defining moments that ripple across every touchpoint. From initial concept through retail activation to digital conversation, you'll ensure every launch moves with velocity and lands with impact.

This role lives at the crossroads of brand vision, consumer intelligence, creative firepower, and commercial execution—shaping how Hero captivates audiences across channels and wins at retail.

Work Environment

Hybrid: This is a hybrid role based in New York City, and requires in- person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities

·       Architect Launch Excellence: Own the full go-to-market journey for hero initiatives from strategic positioning and creative direction through market activation and performance evaluation

·       Fuel Brand Momentum & Commercial Success: Collaborate with Innovation, Creative, Sales, Digital, Integrated Communications, Finance, and Legal to build and deploy plans that drive both business results and genuine brand affinity

·       Craft Compelling Narratives: Transform product strategies into magnetic creative platforms and campaign stories that spark connection across diverse audiences and markets

·       Lead Flawless Execution: Synchronize cross-functional partners around launch timelines, asset delivery, and activation roadmaps to ensure cohesive execution and unified brand presence at every consumer touchpoint

·       Bridge Insights and Innovation: Distill consumer data, behavioral patterns, and cultural movements into sharp insights that shape strategy and fuel breakthrough thinking

·       Steward Budget with Precision: Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and use data analysis to optimize spend and maximize business impact

·       Rally and Energize: Deliver presentations that align internal stakeholders and external collaborators, building enthusiasm and commitment around transformative ideas

Education and Experience

  BA/BS required; MBA strongly preferred

·       6–8 years steering brand management or go-to-market initiatives (Beauty, CPG, or lifestyle category experience highly valued)

·       Ability to be present and work from our local office during core hybrid days (Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday) to support team meetings and in-person meetings. (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

·       Track record of delivering multi-faceted launches from conception through market success

·       Equally comfortable architecting high-level strategy and rolling up sleeves for tactical execution—you navigate between vision and details with ease

·       Strong grasp of consumer insights, cultural currents, and the digital landscape

·       Analytical precision paired with creative instinct—you appreciate a well-crafted brief and a boundary-pushing concept in equal measure

·       Moves quickly, finds solutions resourcefully, collaborates generously, and operates confidently amid ambiguity

·       A creator's mentality—you build the path forward rather than waiting for someone to draw it.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $110,900-$157,900. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

As a Church & Dwight US employee, you (and eligible dependents, as applicable) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid vacation and sick time, and Paid Parental Leave. U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and vacation days starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date. You are also able to participate in our 401k retirement plan (with company match and profit-sharing) and Discounted Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
