About Lindy
Lindy is building the AI assistant for everyone else — not the tinkerers, not the builders, but the people who just want their day back. Lindy Assistant lives in iMessage, handles email, calendar, and meetings, and takes two minutes to set up. We're building the layer between powerful AI models and real people's lives.
Our Culture
At Lindy, you can expect an environment with little process and high empowerment, paired with high expectations and a strong sense of urgency.
We are an in-office company, working from our downtown San Francisco office 4+ days a week. We sponsor visas and cover relocation costs up to $20,000.
The Role
- As our Growth Product Manager, you will own and optimize our product-led growth funnel from acquisition all the way through activation and retention, with a focus on collaborative B2B growth, account activation, and data-driven experimentation.
- You’ll be focused on loops that turn a single user into an entire team on the platform, sharing workspaces and collaborating to drive organic expansion across an organization.
- You should have a strong point of view on how to use in-product and out-of-product experiences, data, and experimentation to drive meaningful, measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to drive growth across acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, monetization, referrals, and team-wide adoption.
- Dive deep into analytics, user conversations and session recordings to understand user behavior, segment audiences, and uncover growth levers. Build dashboards and frameworks to track performance and guide decision-making.
- Design, prioritize, and execute A/B tests and growth experiments. Analyze results to extract insights and scale winning initiatives.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and GTM to build and launch growth features that drive collaborative activation and adoption in B2B workflows, such as invitations, shared workflows, account setup flows, integrations, and other team-based growth loops.
Who You Are
- Experience in growth, product management, product marketing, or analytics.
- Experience growing collaborative or multiplayer products, where adoption spreads from an individual user to their broader team.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.), and running rigorous experiments. You should be part data analyst, part marketer, and part PM.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast. You find creative solutions with limited resources and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty.
- Highly organized and methodical. You effectively maintain and prioritize experiment backlogs and tracking systems that keep fast-moving initiatives on schedule while ensuring transparency with dependent stakeholders.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bonus Qualifications
- Proven track record in high-growth startup environments.
- Experience at AI/ML companies or with usage-based pricing models.
- Experience with B2B collaboration products or prosumer productivity tools, especially in multiplayer growth environments.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary Range $200-260K + equity.
- Comprehensive health coverage.
- $20K relocation assistance and visa sponsorship.
- High autonomy and direct collaboration with leadership.
