Responsibilities
- User Growth: Drive user growth strategies across Web3 products, including wallet adoption, DeFi engagement, GameFi participation, and NFT transactions. Implement initiatives to enhance user acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, product management, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive strategies and successful product launches. Foster communication and collaboration across departments.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for Web3 products, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve growth targets.
- Industry Expertise: Stay informed on the latest trends and innovations in the Web3 space. Apply market insights to enhance product offerings and identify new growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Web3 Expertise: Deep knowledge and proven experience in Web3 technologies, including wallets, DeFi protocols, GameFi ecosystems, and NFTs, with hands-on project operations experience.
- Strategic Planning: Proven track record in strategic business planning and driving user growth in complex projects.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- At least 3 years experience in Fintech/E-commerce is highly preferred.
- Able to manage KOLs to promote campaigns
