About you
You're an extremely meticulous, seasoned executive partner who thrives in a highly dynamic environment. You're an expert at strategic calendar management and ensure the executives you work with have a balanced schedule. You apply your business acumen to effectively prioritize meetings and work with leaders across the team to set meaningful context and agendas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize meetings effectively based on business needs
  • Ensure time for heads down work and personal time is built into the executive’s schedule
  • Determine context and create pre-reads for key meetings
  • Support presentation creation
  • Complete ad hoc strategic projects as needed

Key Requirements:

  • You’re organized and incredibly detail oriented
  • You’ve effectively partnered with senior executives in fast paced, highly dynamic environments
  • You have a strong executive presence and are comfortable interfacing with senior leaders at partner organizations
  • You’re able to complete a wide range of tasks including everything from organizing travel to updating presentation slides
  • You have a flexible schedule that enables you to support an executive with frequent global travel
  • You are fluent in Mandarin, Chinese
