The Role

LearnLux is scaling its enterprise go-to-market engine, and we’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to lead paid demand generation and full-funnel performance. We're looking for a data-driven B2B marketer skilled in paid acquisition, digital demand gen strategy, and HubSpot nurture programs — someone focused on converting leads and driving pipeline and revenue.

You’ll manage all paid channels — including Google, LinkedIn, paid social, and trade publications — owning channel mix planning, budget allocation, forecasting, and ongoing optimization. You’ll also build and refine the HubSpot nurture flows, lifecycle automation, and conversion programs that strengthen engagement and improve funnel performance.

This role partners closely with Sales and Marketing to align targeting, lead routing, and campaign execution. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and play a key role in building LearnLux’s next stage of growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Demand Generation & Media Planning
  • Own paid digital strategy across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, paid social, trade publications, and other digital channels
  • Lead end-to-end media planning including channel mix strategy, budget allocation, and forecasting
  • Build and optimize demand programs that increase MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, and revenue
  • Manage campaign performance, attribution insights, and ROI
HubSpot Automation, Nurture, & Funnel Conversion
  • Own HubSpot as the marketing automation platform in partnership with Marketing, including scoring, segmentation, workflows, and reporting
  • Design and launch multi-step nurture programs that drive conversion and pipeline acceleration
  • Build lifecycle workflows that reduce funnel leakage and improve velocity from MQL → SQL → Opportunity
  • Partner with Sales to operationalize lead routing, SLAs, and aligned funnel definitions
Website, SEO, & Conversion Optimization
  • Optimize our Webflow site for conversion through testing, UX improvements, SEO, and content updates
  • Strengthen our organic presence across traditional search and emerging AI/LLM search experiences
  • Build and manage landing pages for paid campaigns
Analytics, Insights & Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Build dashboards and reporting that connect marketing performance to pipeline and revenue in partnership with RevOps
  • Surface insights that inform GTM strategy, campaign prioritization, and audience targeting
  • Run experiments across the funnel to improve efficiency, CAC, and ROI
You Should Have
  • 5–7 years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing at a B2B SaaS, HR tech, or benefits tech company
  • Deep hands-on experience owning Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid demand programs
  • Expertise in HubSpot (segmentation, scoring, workflows, automation, reporting)
  • Experience building nurture programs that increase conversion and accelerate pipeline
  • Strong understanding of SEO and modern search behavior (including AI/LLM search)
  • Proven track record driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact
  • Ability to build dashboards, attribution models, and insight-driven recommendations
  • Strong understanding of B2B funnels, lifecycle stages, and Sales/Marketing alignment
  • A test-and-learn mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Nice to Haves
  • Familiarity marketing to HR/benefits professionals or working in employee benefits/HR tech
  • Experience with ABM platforms, enrichment tools, or data providers (e.g., Clearbit, ZoomInfo)
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization, GA4, and landing page experimentation
  • Webflow landing page design experience
Benefits
  • Remote-first company structure
  • Medical, dental, and vision
  • 401(k)
  • Mental wellbeing (Talkspace)
  • Financial wellbeing (LearnLux)
  • Paid vacation and sick leave
  • Paid sabbatical after 5 years of service
  • A supportive, inclusive team culture
  • Opportunities for continuous learning and growth at a fast-growing startup at the cutting edge intersection of financial wellness and technology

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
