We are seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager - Campaigns to join our dynamic marketing team. Reporting into the Head of Global Campaigns, this pivotal role will be responsible for designing, orchestrating, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline creation, accelerate sales cycles, and enhance customer engagement across the entire user journey. The ideal candidate is a data-driven visionary with a deep understanding of multi-channel marketing, a knack for user psychology, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales and field marketing teams. What You'll Do:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, orchestrate, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across all relevant channels (paid, owned, earned) to ensure synergy and cohesive messaging. This includes mapping and quality assurance testing end-to-end user journeys for various personas, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities for optimization, and developing compelling Calls-to-Action (CTAs).
- Campaign Activation & Enablement: Develop and deliver clear campaign enablement kits to field marketing and sales teams, equipping them to amplify campaigns in-market. Facilitate strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure campaign alignment and effective lead follow-up, leveraging both inbound and outbound go-to-market (GTM) plays to fully maximize campaigns and high-performing content.
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance against defined KPIs, including lead volume, quality, conversion rates, and sourced and influenced pipeline and bookings. Heavily rely on data (CAC, LTV, conversion rates) to identify growth opportunities and report on ROI.
- Collaboration & Cross-functional Alignment: Work closely with sales to ensure lead quality, efficient handoff, and pipeline acceleration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., content, design, sales enablement, product) to execute programs and ensure campaign alignment.
- Content Development & Impact Analysis: Write impactful ad, email, and landing page copy, as needed. Partner with the content team, offering valuable feedback on content performance, identifying strategic content gaps, and ensuring messaging consistently resonates with target audiences.
- Reporting: Report on lead generation, pipeline contribution, conversion metrics, and the overall effectiveness of integrated campaigns and brand consistency.
- Customer Lifecycle Focus: Take a holistic view, focusing on optimizing the entire customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention and advocacy, driving overall business growth.
What You'll Bring:
