Your Role:

We’re seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager who will own our growth strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels—while also collaborating closely with product and sales to support launches and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of acquisition and lifecycle– driving both user growth and product adoption.

You should be a hands-on marketer with a growth mindset and a knack for scrappy, creative tactics that drive attributable impact. 

This role requires close cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment across initiatives and effective audience targeting. Success in this role means being adaptable, data-savvy, and passionate about our mission to open financial services to everyone on the planet.

Alpaca’s Marketing team is 100% distributed and remote. This role is an individual contributor reporting directly to the Marketing Director.
Working Timezone Preference: Pacific to Eastern, North America


Things You Get To Do:

Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies across paid, organic, referral, and partnerships to drive acquisition and activation
  • Own marketing campaign execution from ideation to launch, partnering with internal teams (design, content, product, sales, and data) to deliver performance-driven campaigns
  • Collaborate with the product marketing team to support GTM strategy and execution for new product launches and feature updates
  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, and onboarding flows to maximize conversion rates and reduce CAC
  • Manage campaign asset development, working closely with content and design partners

Lifecycle & Retention

  • Design and implement data-driven, personalized lifecycle campaigns to improve user activation, engagement, and retention
  • Own and optimize email strategies for both B2C and B2B segments
  • Collaborate with product marketing to ensure lifecycle messaging aligns with overall product positioning

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and optimize key performance metrics, including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and CVRs across the funnel
  • Leverage analytics tools like Hubspot, Amplitude, and GA4 to measure campaign effectiveness and uncover growth opportunities
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to internal teams


Who You Are (Must-Haves):

  • 5+ years of growth marketing experience, ideally  in product-led SaaS startup environment
  • Proven success in scaling user acquisition through a mix of paid, organic, and lifecycle strategies
  • Built and refined mult-segment B2C and B2B funnels with their associated KPIs (ARPU, CAC, Payback Period)
  • Experience in collaborative product launches and GTM execution, with the ability to connect growth and feature usage
  • Strong interest in marketing to technical and finance-savvy audiences, such as algorithmic traders, developers, or API-driven product users
  • Adaptable, growth-oriented mindset – always seeking ways to improve and drive results with the ability to shift priorities when needed
  • A proactive team player with excellent communication – ensuring cross-functional alignment to maximize impact
