The Opportunity

As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager at Reducto, you’ll build and operate programs that acquire, activate, and re-engage customers. You’ll own paid acquisition, account-based marketing, lifecycle campaigns, and conversion initiatives, using performance data to decide what to scale and where to invest.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll launch campaigns, manage agencies and budgets, develop audiences and offers, write campaign and lifecycle copy, and analyze funnel performance. You’ll work with our Growth Engineering team to build landing pages, lifecycle systems, and experiments, and with Marketing Operations to connect every program to measurable outcomes.

You’ll report to our Growth Lead and partner closely across Marketing, Brand and Content, Product, and Sales.
This is an on-site role based out of our San Francisco office.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and execute growth programs across acquisition, activation, conversion, and re-engagement.

  • Own paid search, paid social, retargeting, and paid-agency management.

  • Develop Reducto’s ABM program, including account selection, list building, tiering, audiences, campaign plays, and Sales coordination.

  • Build integrated campaigns around product launches, use cases, industry themes, content, events, and webinars.

  • Own lifecycle programs across lead nurture, onboarding, activation, and re-engagement.

  • Define campaign audiences, offers, channel mix, messaging, distribution plans, and success metrics.

  • Own channel budgets, performance targets, acquisition-efficiency goals, and criteria for scaling or stopping investments.

  • Develop campaign briefs and write or adapt copy for ads, emails, landing pages, and other conversion surfaces.

  • Partner across Product Marketing, Content, and Marketing Operations to turn customer insights into campaigns and experiments, build the necessary conversion and lifecycle experiences, and measure their impact.

  • Analyze performance across channels, campaigns, audiences, and funnel stages, then turn those insights into new programs and experiments.

You’ll Thrive Here If You

  • Have 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or a related role, ideally at an early or growth-stage startup.

  • Have directly managed paid acquisition and can connect spend to signups, activation, pipeline, and revenue.

  • Have built lifecycle campaigns across nurture, onboarding, activation, or re-engagement.

  • Have built or operated ABM programs in close partnership with Sales.

  • Understand campaign strategy, funnel analysis, experimentation, attribution, CAC, conversion rates, and channel economics.

  • Can take an initiative from audience insight and hypothesis through launch, measurement, and iteration.

  • Prefer hands-on execution and rapid iteration to managing from a distance.

  • Operate well in an ambitious, fast-changing environment.

Bonus Points If You

  • Have generated demand for a B2B SaaS, developer-tools, API, or AI-infrastructure company.

  • Have worked across both product-led and sales-assisted customer journeys.

  • Have built a demand generation or ABM program from an early-stage foundation.

  • Have run campaigns targeting technical buyers and enterprise accounts.

  • Have experience with webinars, events, content syndication, or partner campaigns.

  • Have improved campaign conversion through landing-page and funnel experimentation.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
