About the Job

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing Avandra’s marketing strategy across digital channels, content, demand generation, and industry events. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable writing thought leadership, launching marketing campaigns, managing a website, coordinating conferences, and measuring marketing performance. This person will ideally have marketing experience in real-world data, healthcare technology, enterprise imaging, PACS/VNA, or a closely related healthcare market. 

This role will work closely with sales, product, engineering, and executive leadership to build programs that generate qualified pipeline across both of Avandra’s businesses: Image Exchange and Real-World Imaging Data. 

What You’ll Do

Digital Presence

  • Own and continuously improve the Avandra website, including content updates, landing pages, SEO, and conversion optimization. 
  • Manage Avandra’s social media presence across LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital properties. 
  • Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and lead generation. 

Content Marketing 

  • Create and manage marketing content including blog posts, customer success stories, product announcements, case studies, white papers, sales collateral, email campaigns, and executive presentations. 
  • Partner with product and sales teams to translate technical concepts into compelling customer messaging. 
  • Develop messaging tailored to health systems, pharmaceutical companies, AI companies, CROs, and research organizations. 

Demand Generation 

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline.
  • Support account-based marketing initiatives alongside the sales team. 
  • Develop nurture campaigns and marketing programs throughout the buyer journey.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize based on measurable outcomes.
  • Identify new channels and growth opportunities to increase awareness and lead  generation. 

Conferences & Events 

  • Plan and coordinate Avandra’s participation in industry conferences and trade shows.
  • Manage conference logistics including sponsorships, booth planning, promotional  materials, travel coordination, and vendor relationships. 
  • Coordinate speaking opportunities and customer meetings.
  • Execute pre-event and post-event marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Measure event performance and contribution to pipeline. 

Marketing Operations 

  • Track and report key marketing metrics including website traffic, marketing-qualified leads  (MQLs), pipeline influenced, campaign performance, social engagement, and event ROI.
  • Manage marketing calendars and campaign schedules. 
  • Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and agency partners when needed. 
What You’ll Need

Required 

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience. 
  • Experience in one or more of the following: real-world data, healthcare AI, enterprise imaging,  PACS/VNA, healthcare IT, or life sciences technology. 
  • Experience managing company websites. 
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Experience executing digital marketing campaigns that generate measurable pipeline. • Experience planning and managing conferences and trade shows. 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred 

  • Experience marketing to health systems and life sciences organizations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms. 
  • Experience with Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools, and CRM  reporting. 
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.

  • Launch marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline for both Image Exchange and Real-World Imaging Data. 
  • Execute successful conference and event programs that increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. 
  • Establish reporting that clearly connects marketing activities to sales pipeline and revenue.

Salary Range
  • $130,000 - $150,000 base salary, depending on experience and alignment with role expectations.
