About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead full-funnel campaigns that improve stage-to-stage conversion, accelerate sales velocity, and increase adoption of Second Nature’s resident experience platform. This role is ideal for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analysis, and execution and knows how to turn warm leads into high-value customers.

You'll drive targeted campaigns that improve pipeline performance, expand customer value (ARPU), and deepen engagement with our platform. You'll own campaign execution, nurture strategy, and performance reporting within our HubSpot instance — testing and iterating your way to the tactics that move the funnel.

You’ll report to the Director of Demand Generation and collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, content, RevOps, and sales to launch campaigns that directly support acquisition, onboarding, expansion, and retention.

What You’ll OwnLead Integrated, Full-Funnel Campaigns
  • Plan and execute omnichannel campaigns that support product launches, sales motions, and partner initiatives

  • Build and manage campaign calendars, briefs, and roadmaps to ensure clear alignment and timely execution

  • Translate go-to-market messaging into campaign-ready assets—marketing emails, sales emails, landing pages, live chat scripts, and more

    Drive Conversion and Adoption

  • Launch segmented email nurtures and marketing automations that increase stage-to-stage funnel conversion and accelerate deal cycles

  • Develop lifecycle campaigns that improve interest, cross-sells, and activations across our suite of resident benefit services

  • Partner with sales and customer teams to ensure campaigns align with buyer needs and drive tangible revenue outcomes

    Scale and Optimize Performance

  • Monitor campaign performance across the funnel and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations

  • Run structured tests — messaging, offer, channel, and cadence — to identify what reliably moves conversion, and scale what works

  • Ensure accurate attribution and data hygiene in partnership with Marketing Ops and RevOps

    Own and Optimize HubSpot

  • Serve as the day-to-day marketing owner of our HubSpot instance—building workflows, lists, automations, forms, and emails

  • Improve segmentation and routing to better support campaign execution and sales follow-up

  • Continuously enhance the system to support evolving team needs and campaign complexity

About YouCampaign Strategy & Execution
  • Experience leading multi-channel and email nurture campaigns that generate measurable funnel impact

  • Skilled at developing briefs, messaging frameworks, and customer journeys aligned to GTM goals

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented project manager

  • Comfortable working across teams to keep initiatives moving and aligned

Analytics & Optimization
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate funnel metrics into insights

  • Familiar with building reports and dashboards that drive decision-making

Messaging & Audience Targeting
  • Adept at adapting messaging for segmented audiences (B2B2C) including property managers and residents

  • Skilled at turning complex offerings into concise, high-impact content that gets noticed in crowded inboxes

What We're Looking For
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, proptech, or a dual-audience (B2B2C) environment

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (required), plus Chili Piper, Salesforce, Customer.io, and project management tools like Asana or Monday

  • Proven track record of designing, launching, and optimizing campaigns that drive revenue

  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, funnel metrics, and marketing automation best practices

  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
