Serves as a player-coach, contributing strategic design direction, experience architecture, design sprints, measurement, and executive communication.

The Technical Implementation Manager coordinates the client implementation process, leading discovery sessions, designing solutions, training teams, and ensuring successful project execution across multiple stakeholders.

Own the automated testing strategy and frameworks across the company’s UI and service-oriented systems. Build risk-weighted coverage dashboards, API-based integration tests, CI quality guardrails, and AI-assisted testing workflows using Claude and MCP tooling. Coach engineers to own automated tests, reduce flaky tests and escaped defects, and lead the Quality Enablement practice. The role requires hands-on coding across unit, integration, contract, and browser testing while partnering with engineering, product, and platform teams.

Own and improve Command Center's core onboarding, activation, and enrollment workflows. Define product vision and roadmap, partner cross-functionally, drive digital transformation away from manual processes, measure impact with data, and use AI-assisted practices to accelerate delivery while enabling other teams to build on the platform.

The Sales Development Representative generates leads and qualifies Property Manager clients through outbound calls and emails, working closely with marketing and sales teams to drive engagement and conversions.
