We're seeking a founding Growth Marketing Manager to own and optimize the retention and engagement journey for our trading products at Phantom. You'll design and execute data-driven push notification, email, and in-app messaging campaigns that increase user engagement and revenue, drive product adoption, and reduce churn. The ideal candidate brings 3-6 years of lifecycle or growth marketing experience, proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools, and a deep understanding of user segmentation and behavioral triggers. You'll work cross-functionally with product, data, and design teams to build an industry-leading lifecycle marketing program for one of Phantom’s largest product lines, trading. This role spans across our prediction markets, spot trading, and perpetual futures products.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Phantom’s retention and engagement marketing strategy across all channels: push, email, and in-app surfaces. Own the strategy from end-to-end for Trading products, defining how we measure success, priorities, and the future roadmap.

  • Partner with Lifecycle Lead on defining and owning business outcomes, responsible for upwards communication of results to product and growth leadership.

  • Build and execute complex CRM campaigns and automations to drive revenue and user engagement and retention.

  • Drive the lifecycle marketing experimentation roadmap in partnership with Data Science and Product to unlock key opportunities for product growth.

  • Be a key stakeholder of growth across the company, partnering with our Lifecycle Lead on the contribution and roadmap for lifecycle initiatives.

  • Partner with Product teams to build out holistic lifecycle strategies and automations for predictions, spot trading, and perpetual futures.

  • Partner with Brand Design and Product Marketing to design thoughtful, branded experiences, content, and go-to market moments.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience of of building lifecycle/CRM programs from strategy-to-execution.

  • Extensive experience building and executing complex CRM campaigns with multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience with CRM tools such as Braze and other campaign-building tools.

  • A proven understanding of how to drive retention and engagement in prediction markets or sports gaming industries, prior experience in consumer fintech and trading also a plus.

  • Strong skills in analytic tools and knowledge of experimentation principles.

  • In-depth knowledge of marketing automation/CRM systems, with experience building capabilities to elevate the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing.

  • Strong copywriting skills and creative intuition to support the building of individual campaigns.
