About the team

Growth Marketing is a team of performance-driven marketers and channel specialists. We partner closely with growth product, regional and demand marketing, and sales to drive revenue through self-serve and sales motions. We work globally, on the full customer lifecycle, and with all company segments - from startups to the largest enterprises. This role is focused on driving growth for Stripe Capital.

Stripe Capital provides access to fast, flexible financing to businesses, with the mission of helping them accelerate their growth. Businesses use the funds for marketing, hiring, geographic expansion, working capital, new equipment purchases, and much more. Capital has scaled meaningfully over the last few years, both in terms of user impact (over 81,000 businesses received financing through Stripe Capital in 2025 alone) as well as financial impact as a business line within Stripe. What you’ll do

As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be a key driver of global marketing efforts supporting our self-serve user acquisition motions to drive demand and revenue growth for Capitaldesigning, implementing, and optimizing scaled, global lifecycle campaigns across user segments and life stages. You will help create uncommonly great email marketing campaigns and multi-channel experiences for Capital through a relentless focus on user experience and channel optimization.

Responsibilities
  • Drive ideation, strategy, and execution of scaled lifecycle campaigns across email and in-product notifications to drive core business outcomes (e.g. new user acquisition, product activation, revenue), and test into and scale new channels (direct mail, push notifications, etc) 
  • Identify customer needs, ideate solutions to improve user experience, and generate ongoing user-driven insights to inform campaign strategy and optimization
  • Leverage marketing automation, behavioral data, and ML-based techniques to create personalized experiences at scale
  • Analyze trends, develop actionable insights to optimize against targets, and socialize relevant learnings across the organization
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Growth, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing

Minimum requirements
  • 7+ years of work experience in a marketing role designing and launching multi-channel campaigns
  • 5+ years of experience analyzing and taking action on the performance of marketing campaigns
  • 5+ years of experience writing marketing briefs
  • 3+ years of experience leveraging data, AI, and ML-driven techniques
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • 3+ years of email marketing, direct mail, and push notification experience
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and/or Salesloft
  • Experience working in fintech on lending products
