Minimum qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in a Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Demand Generation role.
  • Experience managing Paid Email sponsorships, 3P Virtual Events/Webinars, and Content Syndication programs.
  • Experience in vendor management and negotiation, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and over 30 vendor relationships simultaneously.
  • Experience with enterprise applications and tech stacks, specifically Salesforce, Marketo, Looker, Tableau, or Demandbase.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working across the cybersecurity and AI vendor landscape, with an understanding of security buyer personas, the market, and technical products.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and managing internal stakeholders and teams, such as Field Marketing (FMM), Product Marketing (PMM), Legal, Finance, Brand, Creative, Campaigns, and Marketing Operations (MOPs).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong data-driven and detail-oriented mindset to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and track pipeline metrics.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in aggressive experimentation and innovation to drive incremental performance.

About the job:

In this role, you will collaborate with a team of channel experts to execute and optimize third-party (3P) digital media campaigns, with a heavy focus on Paid Email, Virtual Events, Display, and Influencer marketing. You will manage relationships with over 30 vendors, unlock testing budgets, and drive measurable pipeline growth that aligns with our aggressive revenue targets. Working closely with internal teams and stakeholders, this role will architect, manage, and optimize campaigns from initial launch through continuous, scaled growth across all channels,

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with channel experts to plan and execute strategy and drive investment across high-yield digital media channels, including Paid Email/Newsletters, 3P Virtual Events/Webinars, Content Syndication, and Publisher Display.
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for over 30 industry vendors and publishers, managing programs from planning to execution, and ensuring timely delivery of creative assets, tracking links, and lead uploads.
  • Own and support digital marketing budget allocation for new testing initiatives across untapped vendor inventory, tracking performance to identify new scalable pipeline sources.
  • Stay ahead of the evolving ad landscape with ongoing vendor research to identify and evaluate new audiences and opportunities, proactively adapting strategy to address major trends, including new AI-specific vendors and programs.
  • Analyze lead conversion, pipeline-to-spend ratios, and ROI to maximize top-converting lead sources and ensure campaigns meet or exceed aggressive efficiency targets (such as 30x+ Pipe:Spend).
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing, content, and design teams to ensure creative alignment and seamless campaign execution.
  • Own all facets of program management, including budgeting, procurement, execution, and reporting.
  • Provide visibility to marketing leadership on campaign performance, digital roadmap, and pipeline generation updates.

Compensation + Benefits 

Compensation for this full-time position includes base salary + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

US Base Pay Range
$117,000$159,000 USD
