JOB DESCRIPTION

Visual Matrix is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to own the marketing programs that generate pipeline, accelerate product adoption, and drive revenue growth.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to execute demand generation campaigns, launch new products, optimize the customer journey, and build scalable marketing programs that deliver measurable business results. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, testing, measuring, and continuously improving.

You're Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will:
  • Own demand generation programs across email, paid media, organic, partnerships, and emerging AI-enabled marketing channels.
  • Execute go-to-market strategies for new products and major feature launches in partnership with Product and Sales.
  • Build lifecycle marketing campaigns that improve customer acquisition, engagement, adoption, and retention.
  • Create compelling messaging, content, and sales enablement materials that simplify complex software for hotel operators.
  • Own marketing operations including campaign execution, automation, reporting, experimentation, and optimization.
  • Measure campaign performance and use data to improve pipeline generation, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure marketing initiatives align with company growth objectives.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve campaign execution, content creation, analysis, and marketing productivity.
We're Excited About You Because:
  • You have 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, or a similar B2B SaaS marketing role.
  • You have successfully built integrated marketing campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
  • You have experience launching products and partnering closely with Product and Sales teams.
  • You are an excellent communicator with strong copywriting and messaging skills.
  • You are highly analytical and use data to drive decisions and optimize marketing performance.
  • You are comfortable using marketing automation platforms and managing campaigns from strategy through execution.
  • You embrace AI as part of your daily workflow and apply sound judgment when reviewing AI-generated work.
  • You are curious, collaborative, organized, and motivated by business outcomes in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary Range: $120,000- $130,000, part of a competitive total rewards package including employer-sponsored benefits and incentive compensation where applicable. Individual compensation is determined by experience, location, internal equity, and other relevant business considerations.
