About Us

Oliv.AI is a SalesTech global startup headquartered in San Francisco, debuting the world's first team of AI Agents for sales. With our recent $5.2M Seed funding, we solve one of the biggest problems for revenue teams: unreliable deal data. Oliv captures Deal Intelligence from every meeting, call, and email—without any rep involvement. The result is a clear, detailed view of every deal, presented in scorecards built on trusted sales methodologies like MEDDICC, BANT, and SPICED. Our AI agents are built for sales teams—sales managers, AEs, and RevOps—handling the work that takes them away from selling. With Oliv AI, sales teams can bring back focus on deals, strategy and conversation.

Role Summary

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Intern to support our B2B growth engine across campaigns, events, partnerships, and light SDR/Growth Ops. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn how pipeline is built end-to-end—by helping ship weekly programs across email, LinkedIn, communities/partners, webinars, and in-person events, while also supporting the execution systems that keep SDRs moving (lists, follow-ups, tracking, and process hygiene).

You’ll work closely with the Growth Marketing lead and SDR team to keep initiatives moving fast and clean.

What You’ll Work On

1) Campaign Support (Email + LinkedIn + Follow-ups)

  • Help build and QA outbound campaigns:
    • check segmentation (persona/seniority)
    • proofread messaging and follow-up sequences
    • manage the weekly campaign calendar (what’s live, what’s next)
  • Assist with warm follow-up programs:
    • event follow-ups, referrals, and prior-engaged lists
    • track replies and ensure next steps don’t fall through
  • Maintain a template library:
    • cold emails, LinkedIn messages, invite copy, follow-ups, “send info” templates

2) Events Execution (Virtual + In-person)

  • Support end-to-end event workflows:
    • speaker/attendee list prep
    • invite + reminder coordination
    • light landing page copy support
    • day-of execution help (checklists, attendee tracking)
    • post-event follow-up support (drafts + tracking)
  • Help maintain repeatable event playbooks and checklists

3) Partnerships & Community Support

  • Support outreach and coordination with:
    • operator communities (RevOps, Enablement, CS, Sales leaders)
    • newsletters, podcasts, ecosystem partners
  • Help prepare partner assets:
    • partner one-pagers, session outlines, promo copy, social blurbs
  • Track partnership performance:
    • what shipped, when, and what it drove (registrations, replies, meetings)

4) SDR Ops Support (Light Enablement + Execution Hygiene)

  • Help the SDR team stay organized and consistent:
    • keep lists and priority cohorts updated (with guidance from Ops/lead)
    • support follow-up hygiene (who needs follow-ups, what sequence is next)
    • help document talk tracks, objections, and best-performing snippets from call notes
  • Assist in weekly SDR calibration prep:
    • compile themes from replies and call notes
    • summarize top objections and effective responses

5) Growth Ops Support (Tracking, QA, and Process)

  • Help keep systems clean:
    • dedupe/QA basic list issues (duplicates, missing fields, non-target flags)
    • maintain “ownership guardrails” lists (to prevent overlapping outreach)
  • Support weekly reporting:
    • campaign results (reply rate, meetings booked, show rates)
    • event results (registrations → attendance → meetings)
    • partner results (source-level tracking)
  • Keep dashboards and trackers updated so the team can make decisions fast

6) Content + Creator Support (Light, Practical)

  • Help repurpose content for distribution:
    • turn session outlines into post drafts
    • summarize event takeaways into short LinkedIn posts
    • assist with creator briefs and coordination
  • Maintain a simple content tracker (planned → shipped → performance)

Success Looks Like

  • Campaigns and events ship on time because details don’t slip
  • SDR execution is smoother because lists, follow-ups, and templates are organized
  • Partnerships and events are tracked cleanly and followed up properly
  • The team gets faster week over week because processes are documented and repeatable

Who This Role Is For

You’ll do well if you are:

  • Highly organized and dependable with deadlines
  • Comfortable writing and editing short B2B copy
  • Curious about B2B growth and how pipeline is created
  • Not afraid of spreadsheets, trackers, and operational details
  • Proactive about unblocking the team (“I noticed X is missing—should I fix it?”)

Requirements

  • Strong written communication (clear, crisp, professional)
  • Comfort with basic spreadsheets and tracking
  • Ability to juggle multiple small tasks across campaigns/events/partners/SDR support
  • High attention to detail (QA matters a lot in outbound)

Nice to Have

  • Interest in B2B SaaS, sales/RevOps/enablement, or communities/events
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and outbound email formats
  • Basic familiarity with CRMs or marketing/sales tools (not required)

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
