  • Lifecycle Funnel Support: Partner with lifecycle marketing to optimize conversion through email flows and nurture sequences. Test form steps, email cadences, and CTA placement to improve lead quality.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build scalable processes and workflows. Work closely with Marketing, Tech, Product teams to ensure seamless test implementation and shared visibility into funnel performance as well as identify and execute cross-functional opportunities for new features to drive growth..

  • Performance Reporting: Build clear dashboards and documentation to track conversion rates, share learnings, and inform prioritization.

  • Industry Expert: Stay up-to-date on digital trends and industry best practices to keep the website high performing, responsive and compliant.

Skills You Have

  • Conversion-Focused Mindset: Deep understanding of what drives user behavior, decision-making, and conversion across B2B & B2C funnels.

  • Experimentation & Testing: Proficient in designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests with a hypothesis-driven approach to drive funnel improvements.

  • Web & Landing Page Tools: Skilled in tools like Webflow, HubSpot, Figma, and various platforms for building, iterating, and optimizing marketing pages.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Strong working knowledge of GA4, heatmap tools, A/B testing tools and funnel analysis frameworks.

  • Cross-Functional Communication: Able to work seamlessly with designers, developers, and marketers to execute fast, high-quality experiments.

  • Form Optimization: Experience improving form UX, multi-step flows, and CTAs to increase conversion without sacrificing lead quality.

  • Copy & UX Sensibility: Strong instincts for landing page structure, value prop clarity, and messaging hierarchy to influence user actions.

  • Autonomous Execution: Comfortable owning a roadmap, setting priorities, and driving projects from idea to insight with minimal oversight along with enough technical knowledge to QA your own experiments and speak with devs effectively.

  • Project & Team Management: Skilled in managing multiple work streams, external agencies, and internal stakeholder priorities.

  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS platform. Expertise in analytical platforms and A/B testing tools.

Experience

  • 6+ years in a CRO, web, or digital product role at a high-growth tech company or agency

  • Proven track record owning conversion initiatives from traffic generation through lead capture and handoff to sales or lifecycle teams.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with SQL for pulling test data, funnel metrics, or user cohorts from tools like BigQuery or Snowflake.

  • Experience working with a product or service that involves human-in-the-loop operations (e.g. assistants, services, coaching)

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
