Join Aprio's Growth Team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities.  Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Growth Leader, Risk Services to join their dynamic team.

The Growth Leader, Risk Services is focused on driving growth of all of the services within Aprio’s Risk Attest and Advisory Services portfolio. These services include IT data security advisory services and certifications such as SOC, ISO, CMMC, PCI, HITRUST, as well as Compliance as a Service and compliance automation.  

This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies and campaigns to drive leads that convert into revenue across the RaaS portfolio to achieve annual revenue targets.  

This role will develop deep knowledge of all firm services and the outcomes we deliver for clients, with particular depth across the RaaS portfolio, and will build a working understanding of Aprio’s comprehensive service offering firmwide.  

We are looking for a data-driven professional with competence in storytelling and go-to-market, who thinks outside the box. The ideal candidate will have experience in product marketing, GTM, and an understanding of the IT security landscape. This person will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, optimizing partnerships, developing and executing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth. The role requires analytical skills, a can-do attitude to decision-making and problem solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

The ideal candidate will work closely with service leaders, product managers and business development to drive the execution of growth strategies with an ultimate focus of enhancing Securitybricks and Aprio’s awareness in the market, increasing pipeline, and driving revenue. This person will play a key role in developing project plans that effectively leverage a cross-functional support team of content developers, digital specialists and industry growth teams to maximize sales opportunities.

Position Responsibilities:

    • Develop strategies and drive execution of lead generation campaigns through the full funnel, including PPC advertising, events, partner marketing. Ensure pre- and post-event activities are in place and well executed to drive ROI from each event. 
    • Actively monitor sales pipeline, ensuring visibility into key metrics of the sales funnel and working to resolve any areas of friction. Assist with timely response to inbound sales inquiries, ensuring pipeline is tracked and kept updated in HubSpot. 
    • Manage the development of campaign assets such as articles, whitepapers, videos, and website lead capture tools.  
    • Drive revenue through partner marketing by developing co-branded sales tools and supporting lead generation campaigns such as events, speaking engagements and outbound campaigns. 
    • Drive awareness and leads via social and news media, developing and implementing social media posts and partnering with Aprio’s media relations team to develop compelling, newsworthy pitches to trade and news media targeting CISOs. This may include developing team members to pitch as speakers at industry events. 
    • Manage  Compliance Automation Growth Leader to support software growth as part of overarching RaaS marketing strategy.  
    • Measurement | Objectives & Key Results: 

      • Lead volume and lead conversions from website, event marketing and partner marketing. 
      • Pipeline and revenue growth of RaaS services. 
      • Event metrics – contacts added, Leads converted to deals and deals closed. 
      • Paid ad campaign lead conversions to deals. 
      • Partner marketing revenue growth. 

Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of marketing experience. 
    • Minimum of 3 years marketing B2B services to CISO and other senior IT decision makers. 
    • Knowledge of GRC/IT Assurance services. 
    • Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation and CRM platform. 
    • Demonstrated track record of generating pipeline and revenue through multi-channel campaigns. 
    • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with funnel metrics and reporting. 
    • Excellent cross-functional collaboration, project management, and communication skills. 
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
