At ServiceTitan, we’re building the operating system for the trades. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead the strategy, execution, and growth of ServiceTitan’s Productivity Tools– a suite of capabilities that power how our teams and customers communicate, plan, and operate at scale. This role will oversee multiple product lines including communication tools, notifications and alerts, task systems, and calendar visibility within our enterprise SaaS ecosystem.

As a GPM, you will drive the long-term vision and roadmap for productivity capabilities, ensuring they evolve into a unified platform that accelerates development velocity, enhances collaboration, and fuels growth across programs and verticals.

What you’ll do:
● Own the strategic vision for productivity tools, aligning platform and company goals to drive innovation, scalability, and extensibility that enable exponential development velocity and measurable business impact.
● Drive cross-functional delivery with Engineering, Design, and Data to ensure cohesive, AI-driven productivity experiences.
● Champion customer-centric operating model, acting as the bridge between user needs and platform capabilities while partnering with vertical PMs, GTM, and CS teams to drive adoption and impact.
● Measure and communicate success through transparent metrics, milestones, and executive storytelling —x leveraging data insights and market trends to continually refine strategy and maintain differentiation.
● Lead and develop a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, outcomes over output, and operational excellence.

 What you’ll bring:
● 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years leading or managing other product managers in SaaS, productivity, or platform environments.
● Proven experience building or scaling platform products that serve multiple personas and verticals.
● Strong technical foundation and ability to partner effectively with engineering leadership on architecture and extensibility.
● Deep understanding of AI and automation trends and their application to productivity and collaboration.
● Exceptional leadership and communication skills — capable of driving alignment across executives, engineers, and GTM partners.
● Passion for building systems, frameworks, and tools that empower others to move faster and do their best work.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation.The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $183,400 USD - $245,400 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
