WME’s creative department is seeking a Presentation Designer to join the team to assist with corporate creative for WME Insights. WME Insights provides comprehensive intelligence on a global scale through data services, valuation, experiential, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Collaboration: Work with WME Creative team, data analysts, and the broader communications team to understand insights and determine the most effective visual format
- Data Visualization: Design analytical findings into visually engaging charts, infographics, and visuals for both internal and external stakeholders and client-facing materials
- Presentation Design: Create beautifully designed decks, one-sheets, and infographics that highlight key metrics, insights, and trends
- Brand Integration: Ensure all deliverables align within the WME brand guidelines
Experience Required
- 2+ years of experience as a professional graphic designer
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote)
- Must have excellent communication, layout and typography skills
- Ability to interpret data and craft visuals that are both accurate and engaging
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under deadlines
This role operates in an extremely fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. It’s imperative to balance priorities with precision while remaining calm under pressure. The creative team partners directly with agents, executives, and clients, managing every stage of the creative process across multiple projects simultaneously.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Rate Minimum:
$66,000 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)Hiring Rate Maximum:
