SUMMARYThe Graphic Designer is responsible for executing creative and production work across a variety of digital and print channels. This role supports brand consistency and communication objectives by transforming ideas into compelling visual solutions. The Graphic Designer collaborates closely with the design team, brand leads, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand work while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and execute visual concepts for a range of print and digital projects, including brochures, advertisements, presentations, packaging, social media graphics, web elements, and more
- Support brand teams in producing creative that aligns with brand strategy and guidelines
- Collaborate with the Design Director and fellow designers to refine creative ideas and incorporate feedback into thoughtful design solutions
- Translate verbal and written creative direction into clear, engaging visual executions
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for campaigns, concepts, and visual storytelling
- Maintain organized project files and ensure design assets are properly archived and documented
- Prioritize and manage multiple assignments at once, balancing creativity with attention to detail and deadlines
- Stay informed on design trends, tools, and techniques to grow skillset continuously
- Foster collaboration and problem-solving within and across teams
- Promote positive team culture and a spirit of continuous improvement
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Provide and guide clear and concise written communication
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, providing regular updates and progress reports
- Read, analyze, and interpret documents
- Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries
- Verbally communicate effectively with clients/customers
- Share expertise, best practices, and lessons learned clearly to foster learning and promote knowledge
- Escalate appropriately when there are questions or escalated issues
- Willingness to face challenges and solve problems while maintaining effective relationships with customers by meeting or exceeding their requirements and expectations
- Identify and address project issues, conflicts, and challenges promptly and effectively, leveraging problem-solving skills and collaboration with stakeholders to achieve resolutions
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field
- 2–4 years of professional design experience
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Acrobat)
- Strong understanding of branding, layout design, and creative production
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- Portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across print and digital platforms
- BA or BFA Degree, or equivalent in design, visual communications, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Pay Range:
